DARK ALE

High fermentation double malt beer, unpasteurized, unfiltered. Black color, lively and creamy coffee-milk foam.
Aroma dominated by malt with hints of bitter chocolate. Dense body, typical roasting taste with notes of honey, cinnamon, hops, toasted nuts. Bitter aftertaste of licorice and coffee.
It goes well with shellfish, grilled meats, stews, spicy cheeses, creamy desserts with strong flavors.
